Detailed data
ABB 89XV01A-E 89XV01 GJR2398300R0100 MODULE
The cabinet is designed to house 4 PROCONTROL stations, each containing up to 50 PROCONTROL input, output or process modules.
The arrangement of the stations is shown in Figure 7. The stations are connected to the remote bus connection in a separate subrack via an RS485 interface. The cabinet is used for redundant power supply.
The connection to the redundant remote bus is established via modules 88FT05, 88TK05 in the form of a single-channel or dual-channel circuit.
To provide the power supply and fuses for the solenoid valves, the optional power supply module 89NG11 is available (version R0300 for 24 V solenoid valves and version R0400 for 48 V solenoid valves).
For ease of installation, maintenance and operation, the cabinet is accessible from the front and rear. The cabinet is designed for natural cooling. The cooling air enters the cabinet from the front and rear through ventilation grilles with filter mats in the doors and leaves again through the roof panel with grid design (protection type IP30).
There is a partition wall on the left side of each cabinet. When installed in a single cabinet or row, the cabinet on the left needs to have an additional side wall, and the cabinet on the right needs to have a partition wall and a side wall. The door lock is a built-in 3mm two-way rod locking mechanism.
The cabinet is equipped with:
4 sub-racks, 24 inches wide, each rack can accommodate 26 electronic modules, the usage is limited by the maximum power consumption of the cabinet (see the "Cabinet Equipment" chapter), power supply modules for power distribution.
The process connection is established via the signal distribution board at the rear of the cable compartment. The terminal block for the solenoid valve is installed below the signal distribution board.
On the right side of the ceiling molding (front and rear) there are 4 holes for attaching the cabinet identification plate. The identification plate is attached with 2.5 x 6 mm channel drive studs.
