This I/O pack is an electrical interface that connects one or two I/O Ethernet networks to the TSVO servo terminal boards. To manage the two servo valve position loops, the assembly employs the WSVO servo drive module. Once installed, the assembly is configured using the Control System Toolbox application. The pack contains a processing board with input power connectors, a local power supply, and an internal temperature sensor. The board also has flash memory and RAM. When replacing the terminal board, the I/O pack must be reconfigured manually. Stroke the actuator in manual mode, position ramp, or step current can be used to test the servo performance. The trend recorder will show any anomalies in the actuator stroke.
